One version of paradise

This is how I imagine paradise might look:

Kip

Our neighbors' new lambs come over to visit through the fence

Kip

This one is of Pepper, or "mini-Kip"

Their faces are nothing alike but their color and style of working are similar.

The new summer coat is all ready underneath, and the winter mat is ready to come off

  1. I like your idea of paradise, Anne! That last picture, of the winter coat peeling off, is very interesting. I've never seen such a big chunk ready to leave in one piece.

  3. Yeah, David is not a bad sheep herder, but he's got more Nintendo eye than eye for sheep. Takes after dad.

  4. Judi, I trimmed that sheep in about two minutes and the whole saddle came off as one piece. Carrying it around, I really fooled the dogs- they came running thinking I had a real sheep in my hands. It ended up being their toy and spread all over the yard.
